Hours of Availability: M-F 9am-4pm
Summary of Duties:
- Professional Services with a dedicated property management team
- Financial and Budget advice that will ensure budget requirements are met and followed
- Communication plan for aspects like: General owner inquiries, Sales Closing process, Move-In process, build-out process and architectural review (ACC), community rules and regulations, meeting notices and overall resident interaction with management
- Work Orders/Property Requests will be set up through the management office can be made through the management website or by phone calls directly to the management office.
- Board Meeting participation and assistance to help the community conduct meeting in accordance to State statutes and allow for meeting minutes to be kept. All records will be properly maintained and stored.
- Document/ Rules & Regulation review to ensure the Assoc. is conducting business properly
- Violation reporting & Correction for day-to-day items that must be maintained
